Welcome to Millimetre Measured Surveys Ltd. Based in Brighton, East Sussex, we specialise in the creation of “As Existing” drawing packages for the construction industry. Working with a number of architects, builders and planning consultants, we continuously adapt to the requirements of each individual project. With superb attention to detail and a long history in the understanding of planning applications, our service can flow seamlessly with the project designers and specification packages.
Our Business Areas
With over 10 years experience in surveying mainly residential properties and working closely with Architects, Dave Cox founded the company in 2019 to focus solely on the initial phase of the construction process. Using traditional methods to carry out onsite measured surveys we pride ourselves on our highly detailed end package through content and drafting skills.
- Covering the South East, London and often further afield, Millimetre Measured Surveys is always happy to discuss the parameters of your survey and supply a free quotation for the proposed work.
- Most of our projects come from residential extensions and require a tailored mix of floor plans, elevations and sections to meet architects and planning department’s requirements. These packages often need fine tuning and we welcome pre-survey discussions to ensure our clients get exactly what they need.
